Duplicate an issue with subtasks

Duplicating an issue from the kebab menu already copies type, status, priority, assignee, sprint, milestone, labels, description, and dates. What it does not do yet is clone the child subtasks. Carrying the subtask tree along is the specific ask, and it is on the list to add to the existing duplicate action.
